My name is Saam (pronounced like some) and I’m a personal trainer and boxing coach.

I’ve been training in sports like boxing, rock climbing, and mountain biking etc since I was 11. But training became truly meaningful for me after I had a serious life-changing motorbike accident and was told I’d never walk again. Through self-taught training and a deep belief in my body’s ability to heal, I chose to say no to several operations and instead dedicated myself to recovery through movement. I learned how to connect with my body, listen to it, and teach it how to get stronger, step by step.

That journey is what shaped my mission as a PT to help others realise their body already hold incredible power. I want to support people in building strength naturally, overcoming mental and physical barriers, and making training affordable, accessible, and empowering for everyone, especially those who need it most.
