You’ll start with a free 30-minute consultation, where we’ll chat about your goals, lifestyle, and current routine. Based on that, I’ll create a personalised

4-week program tailored to your needs and goals. So you can walk into the gym knowing exactly what to do and how to do it.

I’ll show you how to perform everything safely and effectively, and then you’ll be ready to hit the ground running (or lifting!) on your own.

Need help after those 4 weeks? I’ll be just a message away whenever you’re ready for a check-in or the next phase of your plan.

How Much Does It Coast?

The price can vary depending on how detailed you’d like the instruction to be. Creating a personalised 4-week program typically takes at least an hour. However, as a gesture of goodwill, I offer the first 30 minutes free, so you’ll only be charged for half an hour of my time to receive a fully tailored program.

If you’d like in-person instruction at the gym, you’ll be charged at a rate of £38 per hour.

The number of workout plans in your program will depend on how many days a week you plan to train. Most people receive 2–3 different workouts, and each one usually takes about 30 minutes to go through, depending on your familiarity with the equipment and exercises.
