What is Circuit Training?

Circuit training is a fun, energizing way to build strength, burn calories, and boost your cardiovascular fitness. All while moving with a group of awesome people! It’s a great mix of motivation and movement. And if the weather’s on our side, we can even take it outside to a park for some fresh-air fitness!

How does it work?

First, we need a crew of up to 8 people. Then we set up max 12 exercise stations. Each station focuses on a different muscle group or type of movement.

Here’s the flow:
• You’ll spend about 1 minute at each station doing a specific exercise.
• Once your minute is up, you move straight to the next station, with no rest in between.
• Keep going until you’ve completed the full circuit!

The best part? It’s for everyone. Whether you’re just starting or you hit the gym regularly, you set your own pace. Take it slow and steady or push yourself and go all out, it’s totally up to you. Either way, it’s a fun challenge that leaves you feeling strong and accomplished!
