2:1 Personal Training
2:1 Personal training.
Designed for two individuals with similar fitness goal, allowing you to share the experience and cost. Affordable way to have a PT while staying motivated alongside a partner.

Hand-Off
you’ll be given a personalized 4 week program, shown how to do exercises safely and meet after 4 weeks.

Hourly Gym Instruction
You will be given a personalized 4 week program then available to help as and when you need. Charged per hour.

Group Circuit Training
Circuit training is a workout where you do a series of different exercises back-to-back with little to no rest in between. It’s a fun, fast and effective way to build strength and get a good cardio workout at the same time. It can be done out
